Third, construction method

(7) After the railings are welded, the welds should be polished in time, and the anti-corrosion paint and the same color paint should be brushed after polishing.

  1. Earthwork backfilling: Earthwork should use the soil dug out in the base groove, sift it before backfilling, the particle size is not more than 50mm, and check whether the water content is within the control range.

Section two: Construction of barbed wire fence

First, construction preparation

Second, construction method

Section three: Brick wall construction

First, construction preparation

Section four: wall paint, lacquer and cultural stone construction

First,construction preparation

  4. Labor force: including technical workers, auxiliary workers, construction team leader, material warehouse keeper, etc.

According to the project quantity and schedule requirements, from the whole company to select and organize enough skilled finishing workers to enter the construction in batches.

Second,construction requirements

For the wall coating construction specifications, must be in accordance with the People’s Republic of China industry standard building decoration construction and acceptance specifications in the standard of senior thin coating to carry out the acceptance, there shall be no powder, peeling, brush leakage, penetration, alkali, bite color, fall, pall, decoration line and dividing line straight, deviation is not greater than the construction specification value.

Third, exterior wall coating construction method

4.Primer coating

Under normal circumstances, the primer does not need to be diluted, such as rolling coating (in high temperature weather) must be diluted, can use no more than 5% water to dilute. Try not to dilute the medium-dark finish.

After mixing evenly, roll back and forth smoothly with the roller on the painted wall. Generally, the wall only needs to be evenly painted once, and the construction should be carried out according to the coating rate requirements, and the area should not be too large. After the primer is dry, the next process can be carried out (according to the weather conditions, such as :25℃, sunny weather about 6 hours later), gently polished with fine sandpaper, remove fine particles of dust and then finish the brush.

Before coating, the roller should be moistened with water, dried and pressed to remove excess water before dipping the paint. When dipping, only half of the roller brush should be immersed in the material, and then roll back and forth on the homogenizer several times to make the paint fully and evenly attached to the roller, and the paint contained in the roller should not drip. If the temperature is too high and the climate is dry, it is recommended to dilute the construction within 5% as required. The primer brush is usually applied by ordinary long hair roller, and the local paint brush is used for construction. Primer brushing is to pay attention to not leakage coating, resulting in poor paint color, uneven luster.

When the primer is finished, the drying time should be reached before the topcoat can be applied. The temperature should be greater than 25℃, and the weather should be greater than 6 hours.

When applying primer, if you find the wall that does not meet the requirements, please reapply primer after repairing according to the previous procedure.

Construction is strictly prohibited in rainy days. If it rains the day before construction, the wall must be dry the next day.

  1. Finish paint brush

It is recommended not to dilute the first coat of top paint. After mixing evenly, use ordinary long-hair roller for construction, and local brush can be used to repair. The roller construction and primer are the same with the shaft type brush, which has ensured the uniform brushing of top paint. Before painting, tape should be used to seal the edge of the color separation line, external wall tile and window frame, and then paint. If brush is used during painting, attention should be paid to the leakage of painting phenomenon after the edge corner and the large surface. When painting the top paint, it should be noted that the wall inside the dividing line should be painted at one time, so as not to cause rubbing marks. When the topcoat coating is found to have some parts that do not meet the requirements, it should be repaired according to the requirements of the previous process, until the requirements can be painted.

Before applying the topcoat, check whether the primer is contaminated, whether the wall defects are repaired, and backlight the construction as far as possible.

Fourth, real stone paint construction

  1. Construction process

(1) Leveling

After cleaning the base, use the fine plaster mortar local batch scraping for leveling, carrying a level from top to bottom in turn. The base is required to be solid, smooth, no oil, no holes, no trachoma, smooth and straight Angle.

Putty should be deployed on site, stir evenly, after deployment straight once used up. Rain, hot sun and frost must be protected for at least 12 hours after construction. Construction temperature in 5-35 degrees, the air relative humidity in 75% is appropriate.

During construction, the putty is evenly applied on the base surface with a spatula, and the thickness of each batch is controlled at 0. (3) Bottom coating construction

Can use rolling coating, brush coating, spraying construction, coating to uniform, thickness to be consistent and no leakage brush. After the primer is completely dry and solid, the construction of the next step can be carried out.

(4) Elastic coating partition

According to the design requirements, the wall is divided into grids, and the grids are from the top to the bottom around the entire mono, so as to ensure that the corresponding ash joints around are on the same horizontal line, and all the vertical ash joints are parallel to each other and plumb down, so that the ash joints are horizontal, flat and vertical.

(5) Tape division strip

Because there are many partitions in the decoration of the effect of imitation face brick, the traditional wood divider and wing divider are no longer used. Because the base surface is difficult to achieve enough flatness, it is difficult to do the grid and the base completely match, spraying real stone paint will be difficult to ensure the straight ash joint, resulting in ash joint repair difficulties and repair workload: in addition, wood grid and plastic grid fixed difficulty. In view of the above situation, through practice, using paper tape instead of wood and plastic grids, can achieve ideal results.

(6) Spraying real stone paint

After the bottom coating is completed, the door and window openings are protected. After the bottom coating is completely dry (generally 4-6 hours), the construction can be carried out. According to different decoration requirements, the first test spraying is carried out to determine the pressure, the diameter of the spray gun and the spraying amount required by the construction, generally 5kg/m2.

Monochrome main coating: two spraying is appropriate. Before the first film is dry, you can spray the second.

Color main coating: double tube lacquer spray gun or single tube lacquer spray gun divided spraying.

Stone paint before use, must be thoroughly stirred evenly, construction gap should be covered tight bucket cover, in order to prevent coating skin. Spraying method is used for construction, and test spraying must be carried out before construction to determine the nozzle, working pressure, spray gun moving speed and other construction factors: uniform spraying, uniform thickness, to ensure the coating quality and effect.

(7) Remove the dividing tape

Before removing the adhesive tape, use a paper knife to cut off the vertical adhesive tape at the vertical and vertical joints parallel to the horizontal adhesive tape, so as to avoid the real stone paint falling off when removing the adhesive tape. Remove the tape before the coating surface is dry, and correct the damaged part in time.

(8) Ash seam treatment

After the tape is removed, the ash joint is arranged and repaired to ensure that the ash joint is straight and the width is the same.

(9) Cover layer (cover varnish) construction

After the main coating is completely dry (usually about 48 hours), the construction can be brushed or rolled with 0.15 — 0.20kg/m2 of finish paint.

  • After the completion of construction, check whether the finish has no pollution, whether it needs to be repaired, clean up the garbage, and remove the construction equipment.

Fifth, cultural stone paste

  1. Wall preparation: Before construction, remove the floating ash and debris on the surface of the wall. The smooth wall should be processed into a rough surface before construction. Moisten the construction surface with water the day before construction and spray it again the next day before construction.
  2. 2. Adhesive preparation: use No. 425 white cement, general silicon cement (cement: sand: 801 glue = 1:2:03 or cement: sand: water = 1:1:0. 4) Cement to use Portland cement or general silicon cement, sand to use clean in line with the national standard of 2mm below the sand, water to use clean tap water.
  3. 3. Cultural stone shop:

When there are corner bricks, we should first lay corner bricks, and the length and size of corner bricks should be staggered with each other. After the corner brick is laid, the flat brick will be laid from the edge to the center of the wall. When plastered with regular shape products, they can be directly taken from the carton in a certain direction. When plastered with special-shaped products, it is recommended not to take product plastered from only 1 box, but can be randomly selected from 2-3 boxes of products (pay attention to color collocation). When the product is pasted on the wall, it should be fully compactified so that the plaster can spill evenly from the side of the product (four periphery). If necessary, in order to shop and post a good effect, the cultural stone can be cut and other adjustments.

  1. Cultural stone caulking treatment:

Use special hook bag to fill the gap, pay attention to grasp the depth, the deeper the gap, the stronger the three-dimensional effect of the product. Cultural stone gap is generally about 15mm-25mm, according to the different models, the size of the gap is also different. After the initial setting of the caulk, remove the excess caulk with bamboo pieces, repair the surface of the gap with a brush with water, such as accidentally sticking a small amount of caulk or adhesive on the surface of the cultural stone, until it is dry, remove it with a brush. Some products do not need to leave seams.
